Booking confirmation
After booking, you will receive a booking confirmation and check-in info from Miðhraun Lava Resort via e-mail. If you don´t receive a confirmation e-mail with a reference number - please contact us at info@lavaresort.is
Check-in
4 pm to 6 pm in our reception located in Hlaðan Restaurant.
Early check-in is available upon request and availability.
Self-check-in is available for extra charge 5.000 kr. per house.
Check-out
Check-out is from 8:00 - 10:00 am.
Late check-out is available upon request and availability.
Payment – Accepted credit cards.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Miðhraun reserves the right to charge credit cards before arrival.
Billing agreements.
Travel agencies will receive an invoice by e-mail the week before the arrival of the clients. The due date of the payment is on the arrival day.
Cancellation Policy
Standard: You may cancel free of charge until seven days before arrival. We will charge the total reservation amount if you cancel 7-0 days before arrival. If you don’t show up, we will charge the total amount of the reservation.
Group cancelations: If you book four rooms or more, You may cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. If you book the whole place you may cancel free of charge until 90 days before arrival.
We will charge the total reservation amount if you cancel 90-0 days before arrival. If you don’t show up, we will charge the total amount of the reservation.
Non-refundable: If you book at a non-refundable rate, you cannot cancel or change the reservation.
Refunds
We only refund cancelled reservations to the same bank account or card number used at the beginning of the booking process.
How to cancel
To cancel your booking, please get in touch with us directly via e-mail info@lavaresort.is or phone at +354-8933333. Cancellation is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation e-mail.
No smoking -
Guests are not allowed to smoke in any of our buildings at Miðhraun and we reserve us the right to add fine if violated.
