Assistant Chef / Shift Chef

Hlaðan Restaurant at Miðhraun - Lava Resort is seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Chef / Shift Chef to join our team immediately and work through the end of September, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and cooking food during shifts
• Managing the kitchen independently during working hours
• Working closely with the head chef.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Helping create a good dining experience for guests
